The project involves the conversion and renovation of an existing ground-floor residence in Voula into two independent Airbnb apartments. The design focuses on maximizing the functionality of the existing footprint while giving each unit a clear identity and a comfortable sense of privacy. The interiors are organized around open, flexible living spaces, with a warm palette of natural wood, soft neutral tones, woven textures and greenery creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Contemporary architectural lines are softened by rounded details, natural materials and carefully selected decorative elements, giving the apartments a subtle Mediterranean character. The overall concept balances efficient use of space, contemporary comfort and a homely atmosphere, creating inviting short-term residences that feel both practical and refined.
