The project is a renovation of an existing apartment in Kolonaki, with the aim of creating a more functional and contemporary living environment while preserving the character of the original space. The layout was carefully rearranged to respond to the needs and lifestyle of the current owner, improving the flow and relationship between the different areas of the apartment. The design combines clean, modern lines and contemporary interventions with the existing classical architectural features, which are preserved and highlighted as key elements of the interior identity. The result is a balanced dialogue between old and new, where contemporary simplicity enhances rather than replaces the apartment’s original character.
