The reconstruction of this penthouse in Varkiza involved a complete transformation of the interior, with all existing partitions removed and an entirely new layout designed from scratch to create a more open, functional and cohesive home. The design is defined by clean architectural lines and a restrained material palette, combining natural oak, soft white surfaces and carefully placed black details. Integrated storage, linear lighting and custom elements create a sense of continuity throughout the spaces, while warm wood textures and natural materials soften the minimal geometry. The overall concept focuses on serenity, simplicity and spatial clarity, creating a calm and contemporary interior that allows the architecture, natural light and carefully selected materials to take center stage.
